Ready for Breakfast, Brunch, or Lunch???
Enter the Denver Biscuit Company.
If you haven’t had a chance to try them or haven't heard about it before, I’d say ya get on it bud.
They specialize in Biscuits (obviously), but they definitely enhance them with an assortment of Fried Chicken Sandwiches (mainly breakfast types) and of course the classic Biscuits and Gravy breakfast.
I got their Franklin Sandwich consisting of Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese & Smothered In Housemade Sausage Gravy. They also have a vegetarian gravy, for my veggie people out there. Although, that seems kinda counterintuitive with the whole fried chicken and bacon thing.. You can see the sandwich on the right though.
I recommend you get there early if you go on the weekend and don’t be starving if you do. Denver Biscuit Company has become a well known staple among the breakfast and brunch communities so you’re lucky to get in, in under an hour at those times. That being said, they are opening up more and more locations meaning that wait may be a little less.
Whether you need to wait or not though, Denver Biscuit Company should definitely be on your Breakfast/Lunch/Brunch list.
